Keston Plot Owners Association (KPOA) Greater London, why have a plot owners association? Simple, to have one united voice to achieve a common goal. Planning Permission for our plots!

Its true almost everyone wants planning permission for their land so they can either sell at a greater profit, or in actual fact build on their land.  Getting planning permission is not a simple process and does not come cheaply. However there’s little difference in the cost and effort of getting planning permission for one plot or getting planning permission for a thousand plots. That’s right, so effectively for a fraction of the cost its hoped to get planning permission for the whole site.  For that to happen we need your help.

AIM. It is our aim to obtain Planning Permission from Bromley Council for all of Keston Plots to be developed at Meadowlands, The Orchard and Stella’s Field for inclusion into their building plans in the near future.

Data Protection. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 it is illegal for your details to be passed onto other people without your consent, which potentially means that 1000 people all with the same aim and objective can not be put in contact with each other by a third party such as Gladwish Land Sales unless you expressly say so and give your permission for them to give us your details, or the details of youe plot.

Keston Plot Owners Association (KPOA). After the inaugural meeting of some of the current plot owners on the 12 July 2008 we formed the Keston Plot Owners Association (KPOA) which covers all areas of Keston, i.e. Meadowlands, The Orchard and Stella’s Field. All who attended the meeting were agreed in that they wanted to obtain planning permission for their plots. With that in mind we have now produced this website so all plot owners can join together with a common goal and objective under the umbrella of an organised group.

What can I Do? So I hear you say “What can I do?” that’s easy, complete the form on this website which will give us permission to approach Gladwish Land Sales and add your name to our list of plot owners who want to get planning permission to develop the site.
